Flatpack upgrade problem

A similar issue has been encountered before on this forum:

These two updates have been visible in the package manager for the last couple of days. When I try to install them, it just says transaction successfully installed, and then searches for updates and shows them again. How can I get rid of them?

The solution in that case:

Run flatpak upgrade for the current user, without sudo.
